Publication following the "LOLF at 20" symposium
The Organic Law on Finance Laws (LOLF) of 1 August 2001 marked a turning point in public finance management. To mark its 20th anniversary, a colloquium was held on its scope under the direction of Professor Vincent Dussart.
Under the direction of Professor Vincent DUSSART, lecturer in the master's programme, and with the collaboration of Professor Stéphane MOUTON, lecturer and researcher at Toulouse Capitole University and Ms Valérie PALMA, lecturer and researcher at the Institut National Universitaire Champollion, the LOLF is 20 years old! conference took a look back at this landmark law for French financial institutions. It provided a comprehensive overview of its impact over the past 20 years and its prospects for the future.
